The Church of Saint Ann

Sited in the old suburb, on the rigth of the Cathedral, it was originally dedicated to Saint Rocco.

It was quite completly destroyed during a storm on the 20th of November, 1763.  In the origin it was used as a graveyard.

The Cathedral

The origins of the Cathedral are closed to the ones of Termoli. Its face is oriented on east, a religious simbol, and with is structure determined the one of the city too.

 Trying to say when these monuments were built is quite impossible. There are many hypotheses. We are quite sure that in the 11th century in Termoli there was a church dedicated to Saint Mary, we are also sure that it was a cathedral because of the presence of a bishop. This monuments was then completely destroye by the Normans.
